- Information request form: your name, your partner's name, email address, phone number, company, type of event, event date and times, venue, city and state, the package you're interested in, guest count, budget, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Client portal: if you book with us, your login details and the planning information you enter, such as song requests and event timelines.
- Messages and bookings: anything you send us by email, text, phone, or social media, and the information needed for your contract and event.
Information collected automatically
Like nearly every website, the services that deliver our pages to you receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. These are our website host (GitHub Pages), Google Fonts (which supplies our typefaces), and jsDelivr (which supplies animation code). We don't use this information to identify you.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. If you switch the site between day and night mode, that preference is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the business: our booking system, Encore (the information request form at book.djmoblvd.com); our client portal provider, DJ Event Planner (blvddjs.djmoblvd.com); and our email and website hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- With others involved in your event, such as your venue or planner, when needed to coordinate your event.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- If our business is sold or transferred, as part of that transaction.
Tracking across other websites
We don't allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites through our site. Because we don't track visitors, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are effectively honored automatically.
Our site links to other services, such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, The Knot, Spotify, and Apple Music. Once you follow one of those links, that company's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep information
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry, deliver your event, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete it.
How we protect information
Our website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
- Review, correct, or delete: email [email protected] to see the information we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, such as signed contracts and payment records.
- Stop messages: tell us at any time and we'll stop contacting you.
- Nevada residents: we do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You may still send a request directing us not to sell your information to [email protected].
- Residents of other states may have additional privacy rights. We'll honor requests as required by the laws that apply to you.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
