Our goal
DJ Mo Blvd LLC aims to make djmoblvd.com accessible to people of all abilities. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target.
What we've done
- Images have text descriptions for people using screen readers.
- Links, buttons, and form fields have clear labels.
- The site can be navigated with a keyboard, and the item you're on is clearly highlighted.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site's animations are minimized.
- Pages work at phone, tablet, and desktop sizes, and text can be enlarged with your browser's zoom.
Known limitations
We're still improving, and we want to be upfront about what isn't perfect yet:
- Some decorative green headings and small labels have lower color contrast than we'd like.
- Our video clips show music and dancing from past events and don't have captions.
- The information request form (Encore) and client portal (DJ Event Planner) are provided by other companies, so we can't fully control their accessibility.
